You can actually choose from any home on the market, plus a City Group Properties agent will be helping you with your search for homes.
- IF I FOUND A HOME ON HAR.COM FOR SALE, CAN YOU BUY THAT HOUSE FOR ME?
Yes, our investors will purchase homes as long as they are listed on the MLS and are in good condition.
- IS THE RENT HIGHER THAN NORMAL?
No, the rent will be the same market rent for that area.
- HOW MUCH DOES IT COST OUT OF POCKET TO MOVE IN?
You will need first month's rent plus 2 month's security deposit (so you will need 3 times 1 month's rent total).
- IS THERE A DOWN PAYMENT?
No, there is no down payment.
- WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ONE YEAR?
You can either continue to rent the property, purchase the property, or even decide you do not want to purchase the property and simply find another home.
